I'm very grateful i found this ebook on Amazon, i joined a MLM opportunity on Feb 1 this year. I appreciate Dylan's words about how i must think "I am a business owner now" and how to recognize when people dont have my best interest at heart. (I appreciate how he says the best method IS NOT to mention the opportunity to everyone within 3 feet of me because that turns people off. His method of a targeted approach to my market reminds me of how Warren Buffet says to focus and NOT diversify like so many people instruct everyday people to do.) I like how he outlines clearly what the Professional Networker does and does NOT do. I must admit, even though im 26 years old, im not on facebook a lot and i know nearly nothing about marketing online and advertising and all that. Reading this book has made me realize that knowledge in those areas is CRITICAL to this business i chose to get involved in. While reading, I immediately noticed that the things that i have been doing are not professional. With that knowledge, I am able to correct my methods and to begin doing the right things instead. Thank you very much Dylan, i greatly appreciate the time you spent putting this book together!!

Very poor ending!

I thought the book was very mediocre. I was outraged when the book ended before climax of the plot occurred in a blatant attempt to force me to buy the next book if I really, really wanted to know what happened.

This story began exciting and interesting, then about halfway through it morphed into Jennifer's everyday life in her new town. The black ops agent was thrown in from time to time, but not often enough for me to consider this a mystery or thriller. Both characters spent too much time speculating on their lives and motives. Not sure I like the ending, although it really didn't end.

Promising but didn't deliver.

I did like the main character, Jennifer and felt that her character development was well written. However, I found that I liked the "bad guy" more than I did the black ops operative, Sean Kincaid, who was trying to find out who was behind the terrorist act in order to get justice for Jen. The ending was a disappointment and found myself saying "that's the end?"

Poor Jane, she is a typical 20 year old wanting to be independent, on her own, not asking for help. Problem is, though she is a good business woman managing her cleaning business and attending classes at her Bible school, she finds herself ankle deep in problems,drama and murder. The book flows easily, the characters are well thought out. I am looking forward to the next chapter in Jane's life and what lies ahead for her. This is an easy read and I did it in a weekend. I recommend it highly if you are looking for a "good, clean" mystery.

Jane tries to help with a crazy dysfunctional family (not hers) and deal with the potential blowup of all her future plans. Yes, everything can go wrong at once. But yes, you can also keep on keeping on while you solve a crazy mystery. About the Author


Traci Tyne Hilton is the author of The Mitzy Neuhaus Mystery Series, The Plain Jane Mystery Series, and one of the authors in The Tangle Saga series of science fiction novellas. She was the Mystery/Suspense Category winner for the 2012 Christian Writers of the West Phoenix Rattler Contest, a finalist for Speculative Fiction in the same contest, and has a Drammy from the Portland Civic Theatre Guild. Traci serves as the Vice President of the Portland chapter of the American Christian Fiction Writers Association.

Traci earned a degree in History from Portland State University and still lives in the rainiest part of the Pacific Northwest with her husband the mandolin playing funeral director, their two daughters, and their dog, Dr. Watson.

Jane is Anything but Plain

Good Clean Reading

This is a great book for anyone interested in a good, clean, and entertaining read. It is not too long or too short but just the right length to offer an afternoon of entertainment. The characters are complex in their needs and desires while simple enough to offer a few humorous situations that round off the story line.

Good, Clean, Murder by Traci Tyne Hilton is an enjoyable book with murder, romance, and a young lady who seems to attract trouble like bees to honey. Jane is twenty, living on her own, and cleaning houses to pay for all her expenses. Her well to do parents would be happy to pay for her education but they would require her to attend a big university and she only wants to attend Bible College to prepare to be a missionary. At the beginning of the book she goes to her first house cleaning job for the day and when she goes into the master bedroom to get the sheets for the laundry she uncovers the owner of the house dead in bed. When the paramedics arrive, they find the wife in the bathroom and she is also dead. Were they murdered or did they both just happen to have heart attacks at the same time?

Jane attends college at night and on the first night of her last semester she learns that the class was canceled. A handsome, young, professor is teaching the class that is offered to take the place of the canceled class. Immediately there is an attraction between Jane and the professor but students are not allowed to date faculty and this lead to lots of problems for the pair. The solution to the problem is quite interesting and even funny.

Jane's roommate has not been paying the rent and has left town with Jane's half of the rent money after they were evicted. With no where to live and no money, Jane moves into the home of the murder victims to be a live-in maid for the son, daughter, and sister-in-law of the dead couple. Jane is determined to solve the mystery of the deaths and to minister to the son and daughter of the dead couple.

The author did a good job developing the plot and characters. The dialogue many times had me laughing out loud. Other times I could feel Jane's frustration and pain. The mystery of the murders kept me guessing as to who murdered the couple and why, if they were murdered and did not die of natural causes. The romance in the book was handled in such a way that kept me cheering for Jane and the professor and many times their actions had me shaking my head or laughing at them. I really liked the way that the author kept Jane centered in her belief in God. With all the craziness that happened to Jane, she still took time each day for her quiet time with God and she truly believed that God would make a way. There were some surprises in the ending but it was a good ending.

I recommend this book to anyone who likes a good, clean, Christian story that involves suspense, a good bit of humor, and enough romance to keep things interesting.

Fabulous Reagan Hawk does it again

Captain Raider of Teranasnu was born of noble blood but has known a life of cruelty at the hand of those around him that wanted more. Raider and his men have accumulated their wealth over the years by relieving others more selfish and greedy of their fortunes. Raider has also been known a time or two to shared his bed with Ewan his second in command but the time has come for them to move on and find a wife and begin their families.

Lucia was born to a life of servitude and her ownership note belongs to Ahenobarbus a Dominius renowned for his sadistic and cruel behaviour. Lucia knows that soon she will have to take her place as his concubine the thought leaving her both terrified and repulsed.

Raider has decided to go to Emprom to infiltrate Ahenobarbus home as a guard and take his fortune. Although his moral are loose at best Raider detest the planets that have such segregation where the rich are free to do as they please but the poor are born to slavery. When Raider notices Lucia suddenly the reason for him being on Emprom become more about her than the fortune he came for.

Fantastic Erotic Space Adventure

Raider and Ewan travel to Emprom to plunder riches from Ahenobarbus but Raider finds greater treasure in Lucia. Lucia is next in line to become the head concubine for a despicable man, the Dominus, a very wealthy and powerful pig. Raider takes advantage of a sports arena riot and steeles Lucia away and into space. But once in space Lucia finds herself in the middle of an M/M/F love triangle.

Space Pirates' Bounty is the second book in Reagan Hawk's Strength in Numbers series. This erotic novella moves along at a great pace. The action never stops or even slows down. The relationship between our hero and heroine is layed out very romantically and it's easy to see their budding love. I found the threesome relationship not only erotic but believable and fulfilling. My favorite books always end with a happily ever after and this book did not disappoint me!

Regan Hawk's sexy writings have quickly become one of my favorite indulgences!

I received this as an ARC for an honest review

Reagan Hawk has a way of making magic out of what seems to be very little. In this story, we meet Raider and Ewan....two space pirates and sometimes lovers. Ewan wants a woman to complete their triad....Raider has no to that idea . He has said he wants a family, wife and children and that Ewan should look for the same thing. That all comes to change on their next mission...when Raider encounters a beautiful slave named Lucia. Over the course of two months on her planet, the attraction between them builds until Raider decides to keep her for himself and steals her away from her cruel master. Once back on his space craft, she meets Ewan and immediately recognizes the connection between him and Raider. She offers to step aside because she does not want to come between them. But Ewan still wants his original plan...a triad...but will Lucia and Raider agree to it ??

Grade 6–8—Sam Davis, confined to a wheelchair by crippling cerebral palsy, has two passions: basketball and the life of Winston Churchill. His beloved nurse cum companion, Miss Perkins, lived through the war in England and reads him multiple biographies of the prime minister as she shares her own stories of war-torn London. The novel is set in the 1960s, prior to the advent of the law mandating education of all children, and Sam is precluded from attending public school. When Miss Perkins offers to accompany him in the classroom, he finally has a chance to show what he can do. He wins over his reluctant teacher, but is unable to convince the principal that he should stay. In the midst of his struggles at school, his mother leaves the country with a new male friend and places him in an institution for children who are mentally disabled. White has created a 12-year-old with a vast life of the mind, making up for his physical disabilities. In spite of his many hardships, Sam perseveres and does not merely survive, he thrives. Strong character development is combined with an accurate representation of the lack of educational opportunities for those who were physically and mentally disabled pre-IDEA. I work with young adults with CP. We are reading this book in our small group and the residents are truly enjoying it. One reason they like it is that they can readily identify with the "window boy". Many of the books I have chosen over the years has caused half the group to fall asleep--literally. What is truly amazing about this book is that it holds everyone with rapt attention. The only other book with this kind of power was Lucky Man: A Memoir by Michael J Fox.

Interesting and moving story of hope and perserverance

As a grandparent of four grandsons I began to read the book with a sceptical eye. Thinking that the topic of an early adolescent boy with cerebral palsy who has an inpoverished single mother would be depressing I brought a cup of tea and a box of chocolate truffles to the sofa table to 'help me get through' the book. Although I did indulge in the truffles I needed nothing to get me through this interesting and fast moving 'read'. Andrea White has a deft understanding both of the mind and emotions of an preadolescent boy and of the power of people who love and believe in someone to empower that person to cope with and overcome obstacles. This book is a little bit of a fantasy-- with a lot of historical Churcillian 'tidbits'delightfully worked into the story line, But the book is also realistic and optimistic enough that I, who as an academic focused on child development, have purchased several copies of this book and sent them to friends who have a child with cerebral palsy in their families. Window Boy is a book written for children and teen age readers but it is also an important book to be read by adults who work with CP children and by those who interact with them. And, of course, the book should be read by all who love such individuals.

Vivid portrayal

Window Boy is almost an excellent book. 12-year-old Sam Davis is the window boy, a brilliant but misunderstood genius with cerebral palsy, who spends his time parked in his wheelchair in front of his window, watching other kids play basketball. The book realistically highlights the difficulties of cerebral palsy, from the constant annoyance of being ignored or talked over to a very moving scene when Sam is left alone in the apartment and almost attacked by a rat. But everything that happens to Sam only almost happens to him. He is only almost denied an education. He is only almost abandoned in an institution. His mother only almost dumps him. His good luck always bails him out, his extraordinary good luck and great brain. His nurse/nanny gets a job at the institution so she can continue to look after him. He wins a national essay contest worth $1000 - at least $6000 in today's money. His mother reforms her ways.

Nonetheless, White does present fresh and vivid material in Window Boy. How Sam is hampered by his cerebral palsy is very clearly drawn. Miss Perkins, his caretaker, lived through the bombing in London during World War II, and her character is beautifully rendered. Best of all his Miss Perkins' contribution to Sam's intellectual life, her reading to him out of the life of Winston Churchill. Sam internalizes Churchill's words, and Churchill's voice speaks to him during the action throughout the story. The pleasure of reading Churchill's phrases gives Window Boy a unique dimension that will be enjoyed by the more sensitive reader.

Og Mandino's inspired book "The Greatest Salesman in the World" and the benefits of the Ten Scrolls contained therein not only changed my life, I have often stated they may, indeed, have SAVED my life. As a life-long manic-depressive I had lived with three different "moods" -- normalcy, depression and mania -- one of which resulted in the occasional and then intense flirtation with suicide.
It was only with the benefit of the 20/20 vision of hindsight that I came to realize what it was that kept me going, kept me persisting with my life. Given that realization I determined that I should "systematize" what it was that Og Mandino had formulated and shared in his wonderful book. That system became what I now call "Attitude Control" I determined that if that self-help system could stabilize a diagnosed bi-polar then it would likely be beneficial to "normal" people. Needless to say, due to the stigma surrounding mental illness, one of the most difficult aspects of creating my book was the fact that I would likely be required to confess something I had kept secret for many years -- my own battle with manic-depression. It was only as I drove toward one of my very first radio talk show appearances that the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson motivated me to mention my illness: "Show me a man who was saved from nothing and I'll show you a man who wasnt' saved." It was only then that I was able to speak openly of my affliction.
Since the first 2000 copies of the original hardcover print version of my first saw the light of day one of the primary comments I get closely approximates what Mr. Mandino said, "Your book, "The Grunch Who Ate The Bottom Line!", is one of the simplest and yet most powerful ways of getting a self-help message across."
Therefore, it is now my hope that through the advent of this exciting new medium for sharing the written word that my story and my system might be a positive influence on all people who have attitude challenges. So whether I impact my readers with the elements of "Attitude Control" or simply inspire people to become more aware of and involved in Self-help, Inspirational, Motivational Psychology then I will consider my goal achieved. For I believe that seeing one's glass as half-full or half-empty is a choice. Seeing one's life and the world as heavenly or as a hell is also a choice. The choice as to which will derive the greatest happiness, peace of mind and spirit and ultimately the greatest good for humanity is, to me, obvious. Creating a mindset that makes that choice relatively automatic will take time and effort. However, a great book says: "The beginning of wisdom is fear (awe) of the Lord". It is my contention that the beginning of the commitment necessary to get control over our attitudes is fear of experiencing what can happen when our attitudes are out of control.
At my seminars and speeches and interviews I have stated that what I suggest may not work for you; but, if so, then find something that will. It can mean all the difference to your life and the lives of those you love the most.

About the Author
Bernie Palmatier was born. He lived his formative years in a “war project” near Cleveland, Ohio. Therefore, he cannot be blamed for growing up a “project kid,” and a fan of the baseball Indians and the football Browns. He started his career in direct sales with a division of the Reader’s Digest while a pre-med student at THE Ohio State University. Several years as a life and health insurance salesman in El Paso, Texas made him a lover of Mexican food, and gave him an appreciation for both la corrida (bullfights–a misnomer), and the motto “manana” (the Spanish word for “tomorrow,” which explains the paucity of ulcers in that country). He then joined a division of Management Recruiters International (MRI) of Dallas called Sales Consultants, where he filled 15 fee-paid positions in a single month, and achieved the honor of National Recruiter of the Year. He was promoted to Department Head, Asst. Manager, and Manager of the Dallas office. It was there that Bernie learned and became committed to the art of persuasion by telephone. He started his first business venture in Cleveland, and has been involved in start-ups in everything from men’s hair care to restaurants to retail stores, to initiating one of the very first Telemarketing Service Bureaus in the U.S. After moving his business to Dayton, he ultimately evolved to consulting and training in the art of Tele-Selling, developing a seminar program called “Secrets of Telemarketing” that he has presented all over the country, as well as served as an Adjunct Professor at several colleges and universities. While providing attitude assistance to his staff of TSR’s (Telemarketing Sales/Service Representatives), he first developed his “Attitude Control Program.” Since there is no career in the world that requires exposure to such a high incidence of rejection, Bernie found that burnout is truly the bane of the Tele-Sales function, and that prevention of that condition is the only solution to high turnover. (Other seminars that Bernie provides include: “Secrets of TM Supervison,” “Humor As A Stress/Success Management Tool,” and “Humor for Seniors.”) Bernie felt there needed to be a simple method for raising awareness of the power of Self-Help Psychology. That gave birth to The Grunch Who Ate The Bottom Line!, now making it possible to share the message with people throughout the world cost effectively, along with Bernie’s motivational system “Attitude Control.”
